Head west off of the marked road until you reach a tree that can be climbed to jump across the river, and from there navigate around until you are able to reach the Fish Hatchery. From there, continue north until you reach a sign telling you that the Proving Meadows is to the east and that the Fish Hatchery is to the west. Astley will give you a Home Point Stone as a gift before leaving.
